This full-bodied cup is spicy with notes of tabacco and clean baker's chocolate. The finish is long and memorable. It is a dark roast, that is defined as right before second crack. So it is never too dark and never any oils on the beans from the roast. The sweetness lies with and never gets old. It is one of the most popular coffees in the cafe.
