Decaffienated Brazil

After extensive and exhaustive research, we are proud to present to you Decaffeinated Brazilian Mogiana. Using a water process these beans are decaffeinated in a unique way. With pure clear water from the glaciers on the highest most beautiful mountains in Mexico, the green beans are immersed in water to extract the caffeine. The water contains the soluble components on the coffee beans which holds the elements of flavor, so that, during extraction of the caffeine the beans maintain their original components. As a result of this process we obtain coffee beans that are 99.9% caffeine free. Once the decaffeination process is complete, the beans are dried packed and exported.
Our kashrus department has been in touch with the Rav Hamachshir of the decaffeination facility and determined that these lots of decaf coffee are Kosher for Passover and can be enjoyed.
